We facilitate loans to businesses on behalf of third parties (mainly banks) and are responsible for the personal data collected and processed in this context. This means we are accountable for ensuring that your information is handled legally, fairly, and transparently in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

1. Processing of personal data in customer interactions
We process personal data when we communicate with you as a representative of a company or organization. This occurs, for example, when collecting information or during general customer interactions.
Purpose: To provide our services, follow up on inquiries, and manage the customer relationship.
Personal data processed includes normally:

Email address
Phone number
Company name
Title/role
Legal basis: The processing is necessary to fulfill or facilitate a loan or to take steps prior to entering a financial solution, cf. GDPR Article 6 (1) (b). In some cases, processing may be based on our legitimate interest in following up on inquiries, cf. GDPR Article 6 (1) (f).
2. Processing of personal data in recruitment processes
We process personal data if you apply for a job with us.
Purpose: To conduct recruitment processes, evaluate applications, and hire the right person for the relevant positions.
Personal data in recruitment processes normally includes:
Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
CV and cover letter
Diplomas and certificates
References
Results of any background checks (with your consent)
Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in recruiting new employees, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1) f. If we collect information beyond what is necessary, we will ask for your consent, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1) a.
3. Sharing of personal data
We do not share your personal data with unauthorized parties. However, information may be shared with the following entities:
Banks and lenders in connection with loan brokering (only if you have consented)
IT providers and other data processors we use to operate our systems
Public authorities if we are legally required to do so
All third parties processing personal data on our behalf do so under data processing agreements and are subject to strict information security requirements.
4. Storage and deletion
We store your personal data as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with statutory retention requirements.
Customer data: Stored for the duration of the customer relationship and up to 5 years afterward (cf. accounting legislation)
Job applications: Normally deleted within 6 months after the process ends, unless you consent to further storage
