As a small organization, our direct impact on the environment is limited, but we are committed to doing our best and taking responsibility both as an industry player and as a member of society. We work primarily in digital channels with our clients, contributing to value creation and growth for the companies we help finance. We also take part in community-building activities that foster inclusion, diversity, and belonging—where each individual has the chance to contribute and grow.

Høvikbanen in Bærum
We are committed to supporting sports opportunities for children and young people. Founded in 1917, Høvik IF is a cornerstone of the local community, with nearly 2,000 members and a hundred volunteers. The club provides football, bandy, and multi-sport activities for all ages and skill levels—promoting joy in sports, health, and well-being, while serving as an important gathering place for the neighborhood.
At Høvikbanen, schoolchildren from Høvik Verk, Høvik, Blommenholm, and Ramstad come together for activities year-round—on the football field in summer or the ice rink in winter. Families also gather here for skating discos, tournaments, and other community events.
Today, Høvikbanen’s football field and ice arena are at risk of closure due to a worn-out surface and outdated cooling system. To secure continued sports opportunities, the club depends on financial support. We contribute to the fundraising campaign and encourage others to learn more at hovikif.no
